Public Offer

1. General provisions

This document constitutes a public offer (the "Offer") of Limited Liability Company "COGNIFY" (the "Provider") and sets out the terms for providing access to the service of topping up the balance and subsequent use of inference of popular foreign artificial intelligence models (the "Services").

Acceptance of the Offer is any conclusive action by the User aimed at using the Services, including account registration, balance top-up, or making an API request. The Provider may amend the Offer unilaterally; the new version takes effect upon publication on this page.

2. Services description

The Provider grants the User the ability to top up the personal account balance and subsequently use the funds to access inference of popular foreign artificial intelligence models. The list of available models is determined by the Provider and may change without prior notice.

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific models or providers and is not responsible for the quality or content of responses generated by third-party models.

3. Payment terms

Balance top-up is performed by the User voluntarily for a fee by bank card through a payment provider. Funds are credited to the personal account balance after confirmation by the payment provider. The Provider does not store the User's payment details.

Balance funds are spent to pay for access to model inference. The cost is calculated based on the rates in effect at the time of service provision. The Provider may change the rates without prior notice.

A refund of the unused balance is available upon the User's written request within a reasonable period, provided the funds have not been spent on rendered services. The refund is made using the same method used for the top-up, where technically possible.

4. User obligations

The User undertakes to:

• use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation;
• not share account credentials or API keys with third parties, and bear responsibility for all actions performed using the User's account;
• not use the Services to generate content that infringes the rights of third parties, disseminates disinformation, or otherwise contravenes the law;
• not take actions aimed at disrupting the service's operation or gaining unauthorized access to its components.

The Provider may block the User's account in the event of a breach of these obligations, as well as upon an order from authorized state authorities.

5. Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the service and is not liable for:

• temporary unavailability of the service caused by force majeure or actions of third parties (model providers, payment systems, network infrastructure);
• the content and quality of responses generated by artificial intelligence models;
• direct or indirect damages incurred by the User, including lost profits and data loss, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Provider's aggregate liability to the User is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the period in which the event giving rise to liability occurred, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

The User bears full responsibility for the content of requests sent and for the use of the results obtained.
